I know what you mean about watching a show so many times that you know the lines. I’ve done that with Gilbert & Sullivan, Mama Mia, and others.
I value lessons like the one from your g-parents. I wish I had more of them that I didn’t have to learn 😉
I love the questions that you asked. I wonder how you would answer them. I’d especially like to read more about your vision of an ideal community.

Hi Robert,
First and foremost, thank you for participating. I appreciate it immensely.
Secondly, I enjoyed reading your post on the award and would like to make some comments.
I will have to read The Blind Owl. I did a bit of research and it appears it was originally written in Iranian/Persian. Did you read DP Costello’s translation?
Kudos to your grandparents – they probably had a big, influential hand in your upbringing. Your amusement park escapade sounds intriguing – have you written about it as I’d like to read the post?
I applaud you for marrying the man you love. I did a google search on Nicaragua and her people as I knew only a little about the place.
And finally, I like your passionate stance on caring for the disabled and allocating funds for the mental health system and housing. I will admit, I get appalled when I read about the obscene amount of funds spent on military hardware when even a fraction of that amount would do so much for those who need assistance.
Gracias Robert!
PS. I responded to you on my blog as well.

I just saw that…I never take offense when people don’t act on an award. I’ve been guilty of putting them aside and forgetting about them. So, no worries…you deserve an award just ‘cuz…:)
