A Blue Rose for the People of Paris

A Blue Rose for Paris
And so we remained till the red of the dawn began to fall through the snow gloom. I was desolate and afraid, and full of woe and terror. But when that beautiful sun began to climb the horizon, life was to me again.

      1. Yes, I know what you mean. But it’s not. Those crazy people make it appear like it. Unfortunately it’s a very crazy enemy and scary. But the majority doesn’t want this violence. Now it’s just time to unite… hold our hands and as Ritu said: Build that chain of love…

  1. Your use of metaphor, coupled with the photo, are genius. Bram would be astonished.

My heart is broken, my soul is bruised. We shall not forget our friends, but hold them dearly within our injured hearts. Together we will heal.

    1. I don’t know what to think — why can’t these ideologues love their fellow beings as much as they say they love their God. How can anyone believe that the slaughter of innocent people is the path to holiness. And the worst part is watching the political jackals who have done their best to wreak havoc in the U.S. and the world use this tragedy as if it were a tool in the games they play with our lives. The bodies had just fallen when Ann Coulter announced that this event gave Trump the White House.

      1. I can’t wrap my head around anything Ann Coulter has to say. I never have. As for Donald, how can I vote for someone who outright bullies anyone? Easy. I can’t.

I refuse to allow terrorists to create terror within me. There are so many good people in this world. It’s time we showed our unity. Social media can work for the good, it can offer hope, encourage others to fight the fear and to unite in creative ways to attack those who wish to do us harm.

      2. Agreed…Ann Coulter is like a Bizarro World feminist, a native of htraE.

I told my therapist today that I’m no fan of men who batter women, but I would marry Ann Coulter just to slap her around.
