Armed White Supremacists Protest the NAACP in Houston: Video

I found this video of a white supremacist protest on the Bipartisan Report.

The protesters call themselves White Lives Matter.

The spokesperson is one of Donald Trump’s Second Amendment Types; he
claims the flying of the Confederate Flag is about Heritage.

The only people I know of who fly the Confederate Flag are white supremacists.

That’s why I used the term white supremacists in the title of this post.

This is who’s voting for Donald Trump.

  1. I was not surprised to see, at a recent Trump rally, confederate flags imprinted with the “Make America Great Again” slogan…sickening.

I can’t even begin to articulate how I feel about the people who believe the bulls#!t conspiracy theories about Hillary, whilst justifying everything “the Drumpf” says and does. They are the truly insane ones, from what I see…

The following is a post from fellow-blogger Rob Goldstein. It sends a timely and relevant message about the culture of fear and hate that exists in ever-increasing amounts in our culture today, as a result, primarily, of the rhetoric of one man and his minions. This is an important post, very short, but very relevant. I hope that you will take a few minutes to read the post and leave a comment for Rob to share your thoughts with him.

Let’s face it: We have not done our job, in this country, of educating these people. They get lousy jobs because of their ignorance & they blame blacks & others for this.
This is proof that the South (as well as other places in the US) needs to improve it’s education. Before we turn into another Nazi Germany …
Sherrie Miranda’s historically based, coming of age, Adventure novel “Secrets & Lies in El Salvador” is about an American girl in war-torn El Salvador:
Her husband made a video for her novel. He wrote the song too. You can go to her Home page to watch it: Or go to YouTube & type in the title of her novel! 😉 ❤

    1. Thank you for your thought provoking comment, Sherrie. The problem is that they (At least most of the right-wingers I’ve met) view education with disdain. They seem unable to make the connection between their contempt for academic achievement and their inability to compete in a job market that wants people with educations, skill, and disciplined minds. Beginning with Ronald Reagan the majority of the people in the South has consistently voted to cut funding for public education. It’s a like shooting yourself in the head to cure a hangnail.

  4. Excellent post! This should certainly be a wake up call, however just like some in Germany in the 1920s & 1930s, they are not seeing or hearing. Would you mind if I re-blog this post?

  5. I loathe what these people do and what they stand for, but in a weird way, I feel sorry for them too. Their lives must be so horribly miserable to be filled with this much hate and rage, violence, insecurity, alienation, and fear. They were once cute little kids and now this. Someone failed them terribly to turn them into monsters. 😦

    1. I just realized in the therapy that I have in my head before I go to therapy that I am truly triggered by the Trump campaign. These images bring back the worst memories of my childhood in Charleston.

Imagine being a 5 year old Jewish kid in a city of people like this.

      1. Dear Rob,

It would be a nightmare. This is why I hate any of the dog whistle rhetoric against any group. When the haters are targeting a particular segment of the population, it ends up hurting all of us.

Thank goodness you are self aware enough to go to therapy. What is going on is scary for a lot of us. Hugs, Gronda

      2. There is a direct correlation between the coded hate speech in the right wing press and the presence of these people in front of the NAACP.

Anyone who refuses to see it is invested in perpetuating this madness.
