I went for a walk on Sunday through San Francisco’s Alamo Square Park.
I reflected on the beauty of the day and realized how good life is when people simply agree to let each other live.
Please, enjoy this moment in the park.

It was a happy day. I’ll tell you why I’m proud of these photos in particular. When I started taking pictures in 2012 I’d never used a camera. I knew nothing about raw files or photo-processing. It took me days to finish a picture. The day I took these I went out on a whim, grabbed the camera, got the idea, took the pictures and had the post up in less than three hours. There’s nothing you can’t learn if you’re willing to give yourself to the process. I thought you might like to know that bit of background. Thanks for your comment. I’m glad you smiled.
Yes. It’s a sign that I’m getting better. I still have bad days but I’m definitely healthier than I was when I started this blog in late 2013. If we’re willing to put in the work we can do almost anything we want to do.
Rob, you captured the people enjoying each other as well as the scenery. The sitting, laying, leaning beside each other makes the images come alive. Keith
It’s the park that overlooks the ‘Painted Ladies’. They’re in the 7th Shot. It’s a beautiful park. I take alot of vista shots there. I think I’ll post a few.
Those houses are also called the Painted Ladies. One of them was used in a television show I’ve never seen. That house is now called the Full House, house. 🙂
Wonderful photography, Rob. Glad you got some great quality time to yourself to go and do this. Looks as if you enjoyed the park as much as everyone else did.
Such an asshat. It needs to shut up, stay off Twitter, and do his fucking job. Problem is, It doesn’t have the first clue about how to do it and It has surrounded Itself with more asshats. Pathetic and an embarrassment. 😕
That’s one heck of a gorgeous day. Love the sunny frames, and the love and joy is contagious.

That seventh picture reminds me of the painted ladies in CHARLESTON.

How cool is that? If you’re talking about the show “full house,” I’ve never seen it either.

It’s the ‘Full House” house. It’s odd, seeing everyone take pictures of the house makes me NOT want to know about the show. I wonder why?

It really is just that simple. Humans make everything too damn complicated.

Should be that simple everywhere, every day. Live and let live. Respect for others shouldn’t be such a difficult concept.

You got that right. He’s a shitty human being who’s unfit and I’ll-equipped for the position he now somehow holds.

There’s a kids play center in Alamo Square Park but I don’t take pictures of the kids out of respect for their parents.
