Paul Ryan.

This is the power that president wields. This is why he is fighting for the funds to build a wall; why he recently surprised the military with his intent to bar transgender individuals from being permitted to serve in the military.

White Nationalists’ rally which turned violent during the weekend of August 12, 2017. The presidents words may have shocked most Americans but he remains resolute in his thinking.

Happy Birthday Daddy 1940-1992

Looking For The Light

The morning after you killed yourself we went to secure the house. I knew immediately you suffered slowly. Among the papers, trash and clothes I found your lock box. The divorce paperwork to my mother, every card I gave you as a child. I found the pad you were writing on. Your Bible on coffee table, dried tears as you read Job.

Next, I was given bottles and forms to both fill and…

She was young and stupid when she took those pictures.  Since then, she had turned her life around.  She was born again and regretted the things she had done when she was lost.  She was no longer that woman.

But in President Pence’s America, that didn’t matter.  Pictures “of an inappropriate nature” like hers meant she was a defective citizen.  A friend found the pictures somewhere and submitted a complaint…because of course they did.  Everybody did that.  If the situation were reversed, she would have done the same.

Defective…
