These episodes are inevitable. They are the hallmark symptoms of chronic DID. I don’t know why you think you’re pressuring me but I thank you for your support and concern. 🙂
When I take these sudden breaks it’s usually because of a switch. The great thing is this time I had a warning. There are so many triggers in the environment, Melinda. I think people with trauma related mental health problems are having a hard time in general.
Wow, that must be quite surprising. Was the past couple of weeks a build up to meeting a new alter? I don’t know if it’s good or bad, you’ll have to guide me on that one. Hugs
Thanks Jill. Have you ever found a forgotten poem and gone, ‘Hey! I like this!’ I found this on experiment in distortion and saturation on an old backup drive. It seemed right for this song because the singer reminds me of Hendrix.
Mesmerised by your stunning flower. I love the colours you use in your art! They stand out like no other.
Have a terrific rest of the week, Rob. Hope this week has been good.
Cheerio!

I’ve been having a hard time but it’s getting better. One is constantly learning when one lives with a chronic illness.

I thought say I missed seeing your work might have felt like pressuring. You know I’m behind you and we are a team. 🙂 I’ll be thinking of you.

It’s taking longer for me too. But I’m also hopelessly distracted by the catastrophe of trump.

The good news is I’ve ‘sprouted’ a new alter to manage this business of being old. 🙂

It’s mixed. And not easy to describe or explain.
