Rob’s Weekly News Wrap-up 2/08-2/15

Trump’s corruption, lies, psychopathology, and possible participation in a conspiracy to steal the 2016 election dominated this week’s news cycle.

Trump dramatically declared a national emergency when he submitted to Nancy Pelosi and signed her bill to keep the government open without funding for his racist wall.

The important news this week is from the Mueller investigation:

and we have a new Attorney General:

On Friday we had another preventable mass shooting.

On a personal note, I had a productive week, a couple of my projects took place
off-line for a few days so I could not blog, but I’m back now.

  1. Rob, I just read that 170 Presidential scholars ranked the Presidents on a variety of issues and attributes. The 45th President of the United States was ranked “dead last” with a score of 12 on a scale of 100. Even George W. Bush far exceeded Trump at 31st. Even William Henry Harrison scored higher and he was only President for a couple of months. Obama was 8th. The best three in descending order – Lincoln, Washington and FDR.
Good question for Sean Hannity and Sarah Huckabee-Sanders. Why last?

      1. I know, it’s appalling. There are too many reasons the Internet can arouse Luddite feelings. On the other hand we would never have ‘met’ and I would not have learned so much. About American politics for one thing 🙂
