20181022_170253.pngHi everyone! I hope you’ve been well! What’s new in your world? I’ve been SUPER busy working two jobs these days. If you’re in Texas, early voting for our midterm election for state senator and other important offices began today. Early voting started/starts on different dates in other states. Election Day here in the U.S. is on Nov. 6. I cast my ballot earlier this afternoon at one of the local malls. It was good to stand in line for about 20 minutes. There was about 20 people ahead of me and another 20-30 behind me. There’s been times when there’s maybe five people in line with me so…I say it’s starting off as a good voter turnout.

Hi everyone! I hope you’re doing well! I’m sorry I haven’t been around the blog too much, I’ve been on assignment lately. I’ve been reading and commenting on blogs but I haven’t written in a few days here. I had fun writing my last couple of assignments for a weekly publication in El Paso. One of my stories has to do with local artist Patrick Gabaldon’s art of Beto O’ Rourke. All of the monies Patrick raises from his art goes towards O’ Rourke’s campaign. If you follow current events, social media and/or my blog, you’ve most likely heard of O’ Rourke. He’s running against Senator Ted Cruz in the midterm election on Nov. 6. Texas is known as a red state aka conservative state. Some say it’s impossible for Texas to ever become  a blue state aka liberal. El Paso is liberal but most counties in Texas are conservative…
