Everyone has to deal with a broken heart at some point in life because we are constantly faced with unexpected losses, unfulfilled dreams, and hurtful relationships. I hear about these things in people’s lives in the work I do, and I come across it in the “blogosphere” as well – as I’m sure you do too.
Sometimes I see pain so deep, so excrutiating, it brings tears to my eyes. And sometimes the anguish from that pain is internalized, repressed, and not resolved properly.
But did you know that all kinds of pain can be turned around in your writing to actually help other people?
Maybe that’s why the pain is there in the first place.
